Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Learned State counsel seeks to file short reply by way of affidavit of Rachhpal Singh, PPS, Jagraon, District Ludhiana (Rural). Prayer is accepted. Affidavit is taken on record. It is submitted by him that petitioner is involved in number of cases as details whereof have been given in the affidavit. In another case under Section 302 IPC, petitioner was convicted on 24.11.2015 and sentenced to life imprisonment. Under the circumstances, I find no ground to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Dismissed.
