AJAY TEWARI, J (ORAL) Prayer is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to conduct investigation in case FIR No.36 dated 26.3.2015 under Sections 365/306 IPC (added subsequently), P.S Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib in a fair and transparent manner through some senior officer. Learned state counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmel Singh, states that in the abovesaid FIR, three accused have been arrested out of which one has been declared innocent and that on the receipt of Viscra report, challan will be filed and in these circumstances, present petition is rendered infructuous.
None has appeared for the petitioner.
In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the petition in case the aforesaid statement is incorrect. October 08, 2015 (AJAY TEWARI) manoj JUDGE
