**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) By way of this petition, challenge was given to the order dated 16.01.2020 (Annexure P-1) of the trial Court whereby defence of the petitioners/defendants No.1 to 4 was struck off. 2.

Today, nobody has appeared for petitioners. At the same time, with the help of Case Information System, it was found that main suit itself has been disposed of vide order dated 30.05.2023 passed by the trial Court. As such, the present revision has been renderred infructuous. 3.
