Punjab ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case bearing Criminal Complaint no. COMI/02/2015 dated 05.01.2015 titled 'Surinder Kumar vs. Jagir Singh @ Sukha and others' for offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 364, 365, 341, 323, 324, 218, 219, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code (for short, "IPC") pending in the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala.
Heard.
As per office report, service is complete but none has appeared for respondent no. 2.
The petitioner has been summoned on complaint filed by respondent no. 2-Surinder Kumar. He was allowed interim bail vide order dated 26.05.2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complaint is Jitender Kumar 2017.09.12 17:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CHANDIGARH

In view of above but without expressing any opinion on merits of the case and keeping in view the fact that conclusion of trial will take considerably long time and that the petitioner has already been released on interim bail vide order dated 26.05.2017, the present petition is allowed. Order dated 26.05.2017 is made absolute till the final conclusion of the case, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall comply with the conditions mentioned in Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
(b) In the event of his absence on any date of hearing, the benefit of bail allowed to the petitioner shall stand withdrawn. The trial Court shall be competent to cancel his bail bond and surety bond and proceed to procure his presence in accordance with law. In that eventuality the petitioner shall have to apply for bail afresh. (c) He shall not leave the country without the previous permission of the Court.
