The petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in case FIR No.30 dated 10.02.2025 under Sections 21 (b)/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotrophic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Baragudha, District Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 25.02.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the petition is allowed and the interim order dated 25.02.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
