HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to present final report/challan under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in FIR No.34 dated 11.03.2015, under Section 409 IPC, registered at Police station Makhu, District Ferozepur. At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Lakhwinder Singh, submits that in the present case, challan had been prepared on 06.01.2021 and undertook that the same will be presented before the Court concerned,within 15 days from today. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court, at this stage.

Disposed of.
