CRM No.M-18738 of 2016 Prayer in this petition is for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents No.2 to 10 vide order dated 05.05.2016 passed the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mewat in complaint No.210 of 2014 titled as Miss Subba v. Nassem etc. under Sections 148/149/323/325/326/354/452/ 307/341/506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act pending before the learned Omkar Singh 2017.02.28 11:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM No.M-18738 of 2016(O&M) [2] Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mewat.

It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusedrespondents No.2 to 10 are being proceeded against for the commission of very serious and heinous offences. Therefore, the concession of anticipatory bail should not have been granted to them by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mewat. However, it is fairly stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the grant of bail on 05.05.2016 till today there is no such untoward incident or activity by respondents No.2 to 10 which would entail cancellation of bail granted to them by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mewat. It is informed that challan against the said accused has since been presented and they are facing trial.

In this view of the matter, no ground is made out at this stage for cancellation of bail granted to respondents No.2 to 10 vide order dated 05.05.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mewat. This petition is accordingly dismissed.
