(ORAL) By way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for seeking quashing of complaint (Annexure P-3) and notice under Section 160 Cr.P.C. dated 30.04.2018 (Annexure P-2). Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Nirmal Singh, Police Station STF Region Patiala, submits that as of today, the petitioner is not required in the complaint (Annexure P-3 at page 17 of the paper book).
