***** M.M.S. BEDI, J.(Oral) Petitioner was arrested for having been found in possession of 250 grams of heroin. The petitioner has been in custody since 9.2.2016. Report of the Chemical Examiner has not been received and challan has already been presented without report.

The petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court as any quantity above 250 grams of heroin will constitute commercial quantity.
