Through this writ petition, the petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.4 to consider/ approve its request sent through letter (Annexure P3). On notice of motion, the respondents have filed their response in the Court, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. It has been pointed out that request of the petitioner for approval of Educationist has been rejected vide order dated 28.12.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be required to challenge the aforesaid order. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed on 28.12.2020. The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
