The present contempt petition has been filed pleading wilful disobedience of order dated 28.11.2018 passed by this Court in CWP No.26907 of 2018.

COCP No.922 of 2019 -2The respondents have filed reply by way of affidavit of Sanjay Kanwar, Executing Engineer, Municipal Corporation, Amritsar on behalf of respondent No.1 and 2 annexing order dated 15.07.2019 as Annexure R-1, same is taken on record. Copy of reply is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of reply filed, learned counsel for the petitioner states that no cause of action survives.

The contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, petitioner would be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law, in case any grievance survives. The rule issued against the respondents is discharged. [AVNEESH JHINGAN] JUDGE July 17, 2019 ! !
