Learned State counsel submits that the prosecution has already closed the evidence and the case is now fixed for recording statement of accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C.

In view of the submissions of learned State counsel, learned proxy counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
