(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the matter infact arose out of a matrimonial discord amongst the parties, which has been amicably resolved and that as such he does not wish to pursue the present petition and he may be permitted to withdraw the same.

Learned counsel representing respondents No.6 and 7 has admitted the factum of compromise.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
