(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section, 482, Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of order dated 23.12.2021 passed by JMIC Karnal vide which the petitioner was directed to pay 20% of cheque amount as interim compensation in exercise of powers under Section 143 of NI Act.

Learned counsel for respondent has brought to my notice a decision dated 16.02.2023 passed by Court of Ld. JMIC, Karnal vide which the petitioner stands convicted in complaint, filed at the instance of respondent.

In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered as infructuous.
