(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that though she retired as a Sweeper on 31.03.2018, while working with the respondents, still her pensionary benefits are not being released by the respondents on the ground that son of the petitioner is occupying the government house.
Counsel for the petitioner states that the said house was never allotted to the petitioner and the petitioner has no control over her son. Counsel for the petitioner states that for the release of the pensionary benefits, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 16.01.2019 (Annexure P-1) to the respondents, which is still pending consideration with them and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said representation.
