**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 353 dated 13.7.2015 registered at Police Station Manimajra, U.T., Chandigarh under Sections 366-A, 372, 34 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that Hari Shankar, coaccused has been allowed bail and proceedings before the Court below had been stayed in the connected petition.

State counsel submits that it is a case of immoral trafficking of minor girls and the trial is on and 14 PWs have been examined out of 16 witnesses and the two girls who are residents of West Bengal could not be examined and bailable warrants have now been issued and the next date fixed is 24.10.2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.7.2015. Only two witnesses Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2016.10.24 12:51 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

Crl. Misc. No. M-18764 of 2016 -2remain to be examined. The police would make special attempts to procure the presence of the girls who are residents of West Bengal so that the trial is not delayed.

Considering the allegations, no case for bail is made out. Petition is dismissed.
