The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.04, dated 31.01.2026 under Section 7-A of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 as amended upto date, 2018, registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau Range Ferozepur. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned Senior counsel, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the present petition, to surrender before the trial Court and file an application for bail, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Dismissed as withdrawn. In case, the petitioner surrenders within 7 days and files an application for grant of bail, the same be decided within 2 days thereafter, in accordance with law.
