LISA GILL, J. (Oral) The petitioner is aggrieved of the inaction of the police authorities inasmuch as despite registration of FIR No. 59 dated 23.04.2017 under Sections 376 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Islamabad, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar, it is alleged that no action has been taken by the authorities.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurcharan Singh, submits that during investigation two of the accused namely Jyoti and Manoj Kumar have been found innocent. Prince son of Ram is being proceeded against and the final report under Section 173 Rupinder Kaur 2018.03.09 14:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. M-17902 of 2017 [ 2 ] Cr.P.C. shall be presented within three weeks. In this view of the matter, no further orders are called for. Needless to say the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy/remedies in respect to any of her grievance which may survive including that of no action being taken against some of the accused persons as mentioned above. Petition is disposed of.
