**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner has filed this petition seeking directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect her and her family's life and liberty from the hands of respondent No. 4.

State counsel submits that FIR has been registered and respondent No. 4 had surrendered in the Court and they will move an application to secure his arrest in this case. Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the FIR has been registered and in view of the statement made by the State counsel, the petition may be disposed of.

The petition is disposed of.
