The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.189 dated 20.12.2022, registered under Sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga.

As per custody certificate filed by learned State counsel, the petitioner is behind bars for 1 year, 4 months and 19 days and is involved in 2 more cases under the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage.
