There is no representation from petitioner despite pass-over. The main petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for handing over the investigation to some independent agency, like CBI in case FIR No.93 dated 15.04.2013, under Sections 148,149, 323, 307 IPC and 25 of the Arms Act.

As per status report filed by the State counsel, the investigation has been conducted by Deputy Superintendent of Police and report under Section 173 CR.P.C. has already been submitted on 09.07.2014 and the case is at the trial stage.
