Mr. Mr. Karanbir Singh, AAG, Punjab ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This is petition seeking quashing of letter dated 31.01.2015 addressed to Sh. Vinod Gupta, Advocate, Chandigarh by Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana. Vide this letter, Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana intimated learned advocate that investigation in FIR No. 62 dated 09.07.2013 was carried out and un-traced report was prepared. Learned State counsel submits that police is in process of filing un-trace report in the Court and the petitioner can avail other legal remedy available to him.

None has appeared for the petitioner.

The relief as claimed by petitioner cannot be allowed to him as other legal remedies are available to him.

Dismissed.
