***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is for setting aside order dated 23.11.2022 passed by Ld. Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Jhajjar in Execution No.50 of 2018 titled Smt. Rajbala vs. Sewa Singh and others on the application filed by legal heirs of original defendant (respondents No.4(a) to (f) herein), whereby Ld. Executing Court allowed application dated 17.03.2020 (Annexure P-3) and deleted the name of respondents No.4 (a) to (f) from the array of judgment debtors in the Execution Application. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law to proceed against defendant in the original suit, whose name was struck off from the array of parties vide order impugned herein. 3.

Disposed of as not pressed in view of the aforesaid statement. 4.

Pending civil miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
