CM-9693-CWP-2021 in/and -2CWP-6978-2021 pending before respondent No.2 for enhancement of compensation qua award No.31 dated 31.12.2014 (Annexure P-1), which was passed under the National Highway Act, 1956.
The grouse of the petitioner is thus that the matter is pending for the last more than 3 years and the urgency as such is involved that the amount of compensation is liable to be enhanced and the petition of similarly situated persons has already been decided by respondent No.2. Notice of motion.
Mr. Aman Bahri, Addl. A.G. Haryana accepts notice and submits on instructions from Mr. Yadwinder, ADA, D.C. Office, Palwal that the matter is pending before respondent No.2. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.2 to decide the said petition (Annexure P-2) expeditiously along with connected matter, if any, within a period of four months, since it has been stated that for the similar notification for other villages, the petitions have already been decided by respondent No.2.
