Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.130 dated 19.08.2022, registered under Section 18 of NDPS Act, at Police Station City Khanna, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage to avail the remedy available to him to challenge the order dated 23.12.2022 passed by Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board. He however prays that the limitation may not stand in his way. 3.
