**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 354 of 2017 dated 30.11.2017 registered at Women Police Station Sector-51, Gurugram under Sections 376, 384, 506 IPC and Section 201 IPC added later on. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the complainant is a married woman who alleges that in the year 2015, the petitioner had entered her house and had raped her. The counsel further submits that the police has not been able to recover any video or photograph nor the complainant could show that she had transferred any funds to him. The allegations of extortion, blackmailing and rape have been levelled by the complainant. The FIR has been registered after three years. The first incident is of February 2015. The petitioner is in custody since December 2017. The trial will take time.
