Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to regularize the waiting period of the petitioner from 21.12.1993 to 25.10.1994 by treating the same as duty period. 2.

Learned State counsel refers to the para 6 of the written statement dated 21.11.2001 filed on behalf of respondent No.1, wherein it has been stated that the period came to be on duty cannot be acceded to as he exceeded his deputation period of one year from 25.03.1988 to 24.03.1989 in Saubi Arabia.

To the aforesaid facts, there was no rebuttal made by filing any replication.

Learned counsel also submits that he has been unable to establish contact with the petitioner.
