Present petition has been filed for issuance of directions or orders to the official respondents to hand over the investigation to some independent investigating agency or Crime Branch for conducting free and fair investigation in case FIR No.11, dated 01.02.2014, under Sections 307/324/323/148/149 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, later on added offence under Section 326 IPC, registered at Police Station Patti, District Tarn Taran and to make ensure to arrest accused persons. It is further prayed that the official respondents be directed to invoke Section 174-A IPC against the proclaimed offenders in the aforesaid case. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the main petition.
