(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 1060 dated 13.11.2017, registered under Sections 323, 452 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Saran, District Faridabad, Haryana. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Vinod Kumar, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 18.01.2018, is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
