State counsel has objected to the compromise on the grounds that as reflected in Annexure P-12, the second component of the One Ɵme SeƩlement (OTS) i.e. CGTMSE is yet to be complied with and even aŌer that the quashing is subject to their objecƟons and the legal rights.

Given above, I am in concurrence with the objecƟons raised by State counsel, and the present peƟƟon cannot be taken further unless the undertakings are fully complied with, including the porƟon of CGTMSE, the present peƟƟon is dismissed. Liberty reserved to file again aŌer the compliance and annexing the proof thereof. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
