Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.191 dated 23.12.2021 registered under Sections 148, 149, 186, 307, 332, 353, 427, 506 IPC at Police Station Uttawar, District Palwal (Haryana). 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer of Police Station Uttawar, District Palwal, Haryana submits that in compliance of order 07.03.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed. Order dated 07.03.2024 passed by this Court, is hereby made absolute. However the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when called upon and shall abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
