Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Kuljeet Singh of Police Station, Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar, submits that after completion of the trial, the petitioner has been convicted and sentenced, therefore, present petition for quashing of FIR has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
