 #6$   #2&4&('5$  " the prayer made in the petition is partly allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.10 dated 20.02.2009 registered at Police Station D Division, Amritsar City under Sections 498>A/406 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua petitioners No.1 and 2 namely Brijesh Mehta and Bal Krishan Mehta are quashed. The petition stands allowed qua petitioners No.1 and 2 namely Brijesh Mehta and Bal Krishan Mehta, and is dismissed qua petitioner No.3 Preeti Mehta.
