Petitioner has approached this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for releasing him on parole to enable him to attend the marriage of his niece. We find the ground wholly untenable. At this stage, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Addl. A.G. Haryana, with whom advance copy of the petition is available, has pointed out that petitioner has recently surrendered after availing house repair parole for four weeks.
