ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as vide order of even date passed by this Court in CRR-2156-2022, the petitioner has been granted the concession of default bail.

In view of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
