**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in cross version case registered vide DDR No. 27 dated 20.12.2004 under Sections 323/324/148/149 IPC (Sections 308 and 326 IPC were added later on) in FIR No. 64 dated 19.12.2004 at Police Station Dhilwan, District Kapurthala. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Pawan Kumar, submits that in compliance of the order dated dated 27.7.2015, petitioners have joined the investigation and they are no more required for the purpose of any further investigation.

In view of the above, instant petition is allowed and the order dated 29.5.2015 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute, however, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of, accordingly.
