3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed in a case bearing FIR No. 9 dated 08.01.2015, under Sections 148/149/323/325/307 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Punhana, District Mewat.

On 28.05.2015 the following order was passed:- "

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners withdraws the instant petition qua petitioner No. 1-Wasim. In view of the above, the instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioner No. 1.

Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the memo of parties.

It is inter alia contended that the incident took place in a marriage function and there is no role attributed to petitioners No. 2 and 3, namely; Kasim and Mustakim for having caused injuries on the complainant party. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of petitioners No. 2 and 3, namely; Kasim and Mustakim, they shall be released on bail by the Arresting/Investigating Officer. They shall abide by the conditions as enshrined in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."

Learned AAG, on instructions from AST Deep Chand, has stated that petitioners Kasim and Mustakim have joined the investigation and are no more required for custodial interrogation. In the circumstances the order dated 28.05.2015 is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of.
