(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 474 of 03.09.2016 under Section 307/342/498-AIPC, registered at Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that the complainant has suffered burn injuries in the present case and was admitted for 05 days in the hospital.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complainant has appeared before this Court in a petition i.e CRMM-35991-2016 seeking grant of anticipatory bail by co-accused Randhir Singh and others, which is pending.

Learned State counsel on instructions further submits that the challan has already been presented in this case. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Keeping in view the above fact and the fact that the trial is likely to take some time to conclude, the present petition is allowed.
