T.P.S. MANN, J. (oral) This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail, the first one having been dismissed as withdrawn on 14.8.2014 after the same was argued for some time.
After obtaining instructions from ASI Suresh Kumar, learned State counsel has informed the Court that out of 19 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 9 have already been examined and now the trial is slated for 7.9.2015 for recording of further evidence of the prosecution.
As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was attributed causing of an injury with a rod to Amrit Lal (since deceased). Further, the petitioner is behind the bars since 18.12.2012.
