******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Reply filed by the State, which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition, submitting that petitioners are already in custody in other cases and vide Annexure R-1, an SIT has been constituted to look into all the FIRs against the petitioners at various places. Petitioners will join the investigation before the SIT as and when so called and put forth their version regarding the allegations against them. Dismissed as withdrawn.

SIT will look into all the cases registered against the petitioners, join them in investigation in this case, where the petitioners will be at liberty to put forth their contentions regarding the allegations levelled against them.
