Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Gurbax Singh of Police Station, City Jalalabad, District Fazilka, very fairly concedes that in compliance of the interim directions granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.05.2015, petitioner did join the investigation and his further custodial interrogation is not required.
