In response to the notice of motion, learned counsel on behalf of respondents has put in appearance and after obtaining instructions, submitted that he has no objection if the pending claim petition titled as Smt. Sandeep Kaur and others Vs. Smt. Narinder Kaur and another, is transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Chandigarh. In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the respondents, this petition is allowed. As a result thereof, claim petition i.e. MACP/418/2019 titled as Smt. Sandeep Kaur and others Vs. Smt. Narinder Kaur and another, stands transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Chandigarh.
