******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that in this case investigation was completed last year and untrace report was prepared on 06.07.2017, which was sent for approval of Superintendent of Police, Karnal on 13.03.2018. He further submits that final report will be submitted before the Court within a period of six weeks.

In view of submissions of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner.
