(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that vide judgment dated 18.05.2018, rendered by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Guhla, Criminal Complaint No. 240 of 2013 dated 07.12.2013, filed by the petitioner against the respondents under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC was dismissed and they were acquitted of the charges framed against them.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
