As per allegations levelled by complainant-Parmod Kumar, petitioner duped him for Rs.2.50 lacs on the pretext of getting employment to complainant's daughter in Forest Department,which fact was allegedly admitted by the petitioner in Panchayat.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Keeping in view the nature and gravity of offence, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
