**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition is for quashing of complaint/application No.416/2016 dated 01.02.2016, under Section 12/17/18/19/20(D) and 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Tripuri Town, Patiala.

In the present case the marriage between petitioner No.3 and respondent No.2 was solemnized way back in the year 1998. Apart from the present complaint, the proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. are pending between them in which petitioner No.3 is making the payment of maintenance of `10,000/- per month to respondent No.2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners intends to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioners to take/urge all the pleas contained in it before the trial Court, in accordance Naresh Kumar 2017.06.02 15:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh with law.

Keeping in view the age of petitioner Nos.1 and 2, their personal presence before the trial Court is exempted as they were not residing along with petitioner No.3 and respondent No.2 in the matrimonial house.
