(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 4 dated 16.01.2016 under Sections 406/498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Women Cell, District Ludhiana. Today, parties were present in the Court and they were sent to Court Room No. 60 for mediation. Parties mediated with Ms. Aarti Gupta and she informed the Court that the matter stands compromised between the parties and the compromise deed has also been reduced into writing. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 28.05.2016 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. Parties are bound by the terms of the compromise deed.
