Learned counsel submits that for the grievance aired in the petition, petitioner has also served legal notice, Annexure P-15. According to him, petitioner shall be satisfied if a decision thereon is taken. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). She submits that appropriate authority shall consider the representation and take appropriate decision within two months. Copy thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioner.

In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
