Present petition under Section 439 (2) Cr.P.C. for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by the learned Sessions Judge, Patiala vide orders dated 11.02.2019 and 25.02.2019 in case FIR No. 13 dated 16.01.2019, registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Patiala, District Patiala.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Patiala, which granted bail to respondent No.2.

In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
