Mr. S.S. Pannu, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, has joined the proceedings in this case on behalf of respondents No.1, 3 and 4, in pursuance of the copies of this petition having been sent to the respondent-State, in advance.

After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for getting the needful done in compliance of Annexure P-5 (at pages No.31 and 32 of the paper book). Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is hereby dismissed for having been withdrawn with the liberty afore-said. (MEENAKSHI I.
